The Saturday before Father's Day, Tripp decided to get up Rylie and cook pancakes for breakfast. He even let me sleep in! He got my cookbook and found the recipe all by himself...and then he followed the recipe. The batter
The used griddle...he even knew where to find it in the kitchen!
And the pancake...I didn't specify in my recipe to use self-rising flour, so they turned out like thick crepes. Oops! We both tasted them and then decided to go out to Chick-Fil-A instead. :-) I was SOOO proud of Tripp...it was so sweet of him to take over my duties that day! He is such an awesome husband, and I'm so thankful that he chose me to be his bride! :-)
